How did you discover Hopkins and why did you decide to apply Early Decision? I discovered Hopkins my 8th grade when I read an article about the school; at the time, I wasn’t really thinking about college but once I got to high school I started doing more research and began to fall in love with the school. Upon exploring the majors and activities offered at the University; I discovered the Medicine, Science, and Humanities major and I instantly knew that it was the one for me. With my aspiration to go to medical school, my dire need to get out of the Texas heat, and my interest in research opportunities, I knew that Johns Hopkins University was where I really wanted to be.
