How did you discover Hopkins and why did you decide to apply Early Decision? Since I was a child Hopkins has been my dream school and I have worked my hardest to get here. It is the cultural diversity, the traditions, the beautiful campus, the education and the research opportunities that drove me to apply early decision.
What’s your best piece of college search advice for high school students? Check the college mission and vision – if you relate to it very well academically, personally and passionately, only then add the school to the final list.
What is the accomplishment you’re most proud of? Scaling the Everest Base Camp (17,600 ft) and Kalapatthar (18,514 ft)
What are you most excited for about college and/or coming to Hopkins? The Dance Marathon and the research! I am also super excited to learn more and in-depth with very educated professors.
What do you hope to get involved in on campus? A dance student club- I have always loved dancing and have been training since 11 years in western and indian dance. Although, I would love to try ball dancing, tango or salsa as I have never had a chance to learn them before.
