How did you discover Hopkins and why did you decide to apply Early Decision? I had always known about Hopkins through its reputation in medical topics. So, when I started my college search, I decided to tour the campus. When I toured, I found that the students were extremely friendly and welcoming, and I loved everything about Hopkins. I knew that Hopkins would be a good fit for me because of the flexible curriculum, vast research opportunities, and collaborative nature, so I ultimately decided to apply Early Decision.

What’s your best piece of college search advice for high school students? If you can, tour the colleges that you’re interested in. Being on the college’s campus is a really great way to figure out if you like the school and can envision yourself there for 4 years.
What are you most excited for about college and/or coming to Hopkins? I’m excited to meet new people and conduct tissue engineering research at Hopkins
