How did you discover Hopkins and why did you decide to apply Early Decision? Growing up in Maryland, Hopkins has always been an underlying presence in my academic career. I first had a desire to learn more about Hopkins after learning of the Da Vinci Machine. As I delved deeper into the university, I grew more fascinated by the wondrous opportunities available for undergraduate research and the interdisciplinary nature of the Medicine, Science, and Humanities major. After attending the HOME program for a weekend, this feeling of belonging enveloped me and I knew I needed to be an apart of such a welcoming community.
If you could teach one class at Hopkins, what would it be? (already exists or invented by you!) The Realism and Necessity of Romantic Comedies in the 21st Century
Is there a quote or motto that inspires you? What is it and what does it mean to you? “Nothing is impossible, the word itself says ‘I’m possible’!” – Aubrey Hepburn I have always loved a paradox and this quote exemplifies limitless possibilities.
What do you hope to get involved in on campus?
I want to continue Speech & Debate , and try being more involved in political clubs. I also want to try out tennis and tap dancing.
