How did you discover Hopkins and why did you decide to apply ED? I always knew that I wanted to work in the medical field, and also possessed a great fascination for robotics. Looking into prestigious pre-med schools throughout the country, I came across Johns Hopkins, with its diverse community and abundant research opportunities that seamlessly bridged the fields of engineering and medicine. This integration played a big role in my decision to apply Early Decision.

What are you most excited to do in Baltimore? I am most excited to explore the city of Baltimore, and enjoy the variety of cuisine that it provides!

What do you hope to get involved in on campus? I was recruited for the Hopkins wrestling team, which I am excited to be a part of. In addition, I hope to get involved with research.

What’s your best piece of college search advice for high school students? Start early and figure out what you want to get from your college experience. Search for colleges that will challenge you and help you grow as an individual.

What are you most excited for about college and/or coming to Hopkins? I am most excited about learning from esteemed professors and engaging in amazing research experiences. I am also looking forward to meeting the wrestling team, as well as other Hopkins students from differing backgrounds.

The morals that they instilled in me when I was young laid the groundwork for my efforts that ultimately led me to Hopkins.
