Who is the most influential person in your life and why? My dad because he taught me to put my all into everything and dream big.

If you could teach one class at Hopkins, what would it be? (already exists or invented by you!) I would teach Baseball Card Trading 101—a class about the ins and outs of everything about baseball cards.

What are you most excited to do in Baltimore? I am most excited to experience the culture—everything from the food to the art to just walking in the city.

What do you hope to get involved in on campus? I hope to play on the baseball team, join outdoors clubs, and get involved with research.

What’s your best piece of college search advice for high school students? Start early—even freshman year, try to get involved with what you are passionate about inside and outside of the classroom.

What book, album/song, or TV show has had a profound influence on your life? The song Not Afraid by Eminem taught me to face challenges in my life head on.

What are you most excited for about college and/or coming to Hopkins? I am most excited to meet new people from all walks of life. I can’t wait to spend time with new, amazing people!

What is the accomplishment you’re most proud of? (big or small!) I am proud of playing varsity baseball all four years of high school.

If you could get ice cream with one person (real or imaginary; dead or alive), who would it be and what kind of ice cream would you get? I would get ice cream with Walter White from Breaking Bad. I would just get chocolate ice cream, but I’d have to make sure he wouldn’t poison me with ricin.
