How did you discover Hopkins and why did you decide to apply ED? Hopkins is known to be very research focused and academically driven and I knew that that was the type of community that I wanted to have in college. After doing a summer program at Hopkins and visiting the campus, I fell in love with Baltimore and the school. I knew it was my first choice and decided to apply ED because everything about Hopkins and the community felt right.
What are you most excited to do in Baltimore? I’m really excited to discover all the great food places! I love trying new foods and going to new places to eat.
What’s your best piece of college search advice for high school students? Take some time to consider what’s really important to you. Whether that be a really tight knit community, research, great sports, or anything like that, make sure the colleges you’re looking at have what you want. Ultimately, you’re going to be spending the next four years of your life there, so make sure you’re choosing schools you know you’ll do well.
What crazy invention would you love to design? I would love to turn invisibility cloaks into a reality.
